About 2,000 patients with COVID-19 are hospitalized in Moscow every day, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in an interview with the Russia-1 TV channel.
”Very many people come to examine the patient, bring him to the CT centre, take pictures. Of course, this creates enormous stress for the medical system. But now the situation is almost completely normalized," the mayor explained.
Sobyanin pointed out that 20,000 beds are deployed in the city for the treatment of patients with Covid-19, and today, more than 14,000 of them are occupied.
