A minor, 2,9-magnitude earthquake occurred in Tbilisi today, InterPressNews reported.
Zurab Javakhishvili, professor of Ilia State University Earth Scientists Institute, told InterPressNews that aftershocks were felt at 5:36 pm.
According to the Earth Scientists Institute, Tbilisi was the epicenter of the quake.
