20 people injured in explosion in southeastern Turkey

An explosion of a car, the cause of which is unknown, occurred in the southeastern Turkish province of Mardin, as a result of which at least 20 people were wounded, the Associated Press reports.

The incident occurred at 21:30 (MSK) in Nusaybin, which is located near the Turkish-Syrian border.

All the victims were sent to a local hospital, the majority of them are suffering from respiratory problems and minor injuries, RIA Novosti reports.
