Russian Sports Minister and head of the Russian Football Union Vitaly Mutko has said that the opening ceremony of the 2018 World Cup is to last 17 minutes before the opening match of the tournament at the stadium Luzhniki.
At the same time, he stressed that more details on this issue will be discussed after the election of the FIFA President.
