Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili has signed a decree pardoning 238 prison inmates, the chairman of the presidential commission for pardons, Zviad Koridze, said.
According to him, the presidential decree allows 178 people to leave penitentiaries and reduces the terms of another inmates.
