Today the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation published statistics of trips of Russian tourists to Turkey in December of the last year. According to it, the Russian tourist flow to the Turkish resorts declined almost twice from 48,000 to 25,000 people in comparison with December 2014.
At the same time press secretary of the Russian Union of the Travel Industry, Irina Tyurina, drew attention to the presence of Russian tourists in Turkey now, despite sanctions against the Turkish tourism sector. Turkish travel agencies are moving them because tickets to Turkey are still freely accessible, Interfax reports
