An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.9 points was registered 5 km north-west of the Armenian city of Kapan at 10:17 local time, the press service of the republic’s Emergency Ministry said.
The quake was felt in Kapan (5 points), Goris and Kajaran (4-5 points), Interfax reported.
