The Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Entrepreneurship & Industry has received the Bill on Tax Amnesty.
A Milli Majlis source says that the Bill was developed on the initiative of the head of state.
"The tax amnesty is designed for both legal entities and individuals and will come into force on 1 January 2017. According to the Bill, if the taxpayer pays 30% in January, 50% in February and 70% of his tax debt in March of 2017, the rest part of the debt will be pardoned," the source said, abc.az reports.
