The head of the Information Center 'Elections', Rufat Gulmamedov, reported that, as of 15:00, voter turnout at the elections to the parliament of Azerbaijan amounted to 42.9%, in other words, 2,230,750 people.
During this time, the "hot line 115" of the Azerbaijani CEC received 58 appeals, mostly for reference purposes, there were no appeals in connection with violations of the law.
