An earthquake measuring 6.1 on the Richter scale jolted 141 km ENE of Bitung, Indonesia at 04:37:34 GMT on Sunday, the US Geological Survey said, Trend reports citing Xinhua.
The epicenter, with a depth of 37.44 km, was initially determined to be at 1.7088 degrees north latitude and 126.4233 degrees east longitude.
