66,000 observers to observe parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan

‘‘501 international observers from 40 organizations are to observe the course of voting at the Azerbaijani parliamentary elections, which are to take place on November 1st,’’ the head of the Central Electoral Commission of the republic Mazahir Panahov said. 

About 66,000 observers are to monitor the process of voting. 2619 of them have been registered with the Central Electoral Commission. More than 63,000 people underwent this procedure in the district electoral commissions, Sputnik Azerbaijan reports.
