Azerbaijan was able to conclusively prove its point on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, thanks to its skillful policy, the Secretary of the Dashnaktsutyun faction Aghvan Vardanyan said.
"In recent years, Azerbaijan was able to skillfully use its lobbying policy to influence the global opinion. Since 1994 a certain part of the international community has gradually changed its view on the nature, history and essence of the conflict," Trend cited him as saying.
Vardanyan admitted that Azerbaijan managed to prove that Armenia is an aggressor, which seized its territories.
