The Special Representative of the Prime Minister of Georgia for the settlement of relations with Russia, Zurab Abashidze, has said after a meeting with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin in Prague that the Russian side is preparing a document on the simplification of the visa regime for Georgians. According to him, this information will appear in the coming days.
"A representative of Russia noted that they are actively working on this issue now, but in the near future we will have information when and how the visa regime will be simplified for citizens of Georgia," Georgia Sputnik cites Abashidze.
