Abdullatipov: an MP must be respected and well-known person

The head of Dagestan, Ramazan Abdullatipov, has noted on the unified day of voting in that the political preferences of candidates aren’t important for him.

During a visit to a polling station in Kaspiysk, he said that the deputies, who represent people, should be known and respected to the population.

"Leaders should be those people who have contributed to the development of their city, village, region or republic. They should be known among people for their good works. I have little interest in their parties, I'm interested in people," Abdullatipov said.
