The head of Dagestan Ramazan Abdullatipov has commented on Vladimir Putin's order to form headquarters for counter-terrorism operations in six port cities of Russia.
"Creating such a center on the Caspian Sea will help us to get rid of threats of terrorism not only in Dagestan, but also the entire Caucasus. Moreover, our ships in the Caspian Sea designated themselves during attacks on terrorist bases," RIA Novosti cites Abdulatipov.
