The acting head of the Rosreestr administration in Dagestan, Shamil Hajiyev, was detained in the framework of a criminal case on participation in a criminal community engaged in land schemes, the Investigative Committee of Russia in Dagestan reported.
The case is conducted under the article "Participation in a criminal community and abuse of official position," RIA Novosti reports.
Earlier, deputy of the People’s Assembly of Dagestan, Fikret Radjabov, who was the head of the legal department of the Makhachkala administration at the time of the crime, was detained for two months.
