The acting head of North Ossetia, Vyacheslav Bitarov, plans to meet with famous compatriots in St. Petersburg, including the artistic director of the Mariinsky Theatre Valery Gergiev and influential businessman Teimuraz Bolloev, in order to ask for their assistance in the development of the republic, which is in a difficult economic situation now.
Vyacheslav Bitarov will discuss with Gergiev and Bitarov issues of the reconstruction of the State Philharmonic building and the destiny of the Gergiev Center, as well as the activities of the musical theater, Caucasus Today reports.
