Employees of the administration of the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti regional department of the central criminal police of the Georgian Ministry of Interior Affairs have arrested a citizen of Zugdidi born in 1987 on charges of illegal possession of weapons, the press service of the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.
During a personal search of the detainee the law enforcement officers seized five guns of various models of the Austrian company Glock, which produces weapons for the Austrian army, and 61 ball-cartridges, Sputnik Georgia reports.
