Advisor to the Chief of the General Staff of Turkish Armed Forces for Justice Issues, Major General Dinçer Ural has been arrested, News.az reports.
Report informs citing Hürriyet that he is suspected of being a member to the Gülenist Terror Organization (FETÖ).
