Aeroflot Airlines cancelled flights to Kazakhstan, scheduled for January 6-8, and also suspended the sale of tickets to the country for the near future.
"In connection with the current situation, the sale of tickets for Aeroflot's own flights to Kazakhstan, scheduled for the next two weeks, has been temporarily suspended. The airline will inform passengers about the further status of flights to the cities of the republic," the carrier's press service informed.
The airline canceled flights to and from Almaty, Nur-Sultan and Aktau on January 5-8.
"Passengers of cancelled flights will be offered a forced refund," the press service informed.
