Head of Russia's Transport Ministry Maxim Sokolov said that airlines with financial problems may lose right to sell tickets and in some cases it is proposed to revoke their license.
"There must be an effective mechanism that will monitor financial status of airlines, and if it gets worse, appropriate measures will be taken," he said.
