The Akhmad Kadyrov Foundation sent humanitarian aid to Syria, which includes basic necessities, head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov said.
He noted that it was sent to Aleppo, Damascus, Latakia and recently liberated Deir ez-Zor.
He specified that it is designed for 100 people.
