Turkish energy surveillance EPDK has granted the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant of Turkey a three-year preliminary license for production of electricity, RIA Novosti reports.
Akkuyu will get a license for power generation after passing tests. The power plant is being constructed by Rosatom according to an agreement between Russia and Turkey.
