Aksenov apologizes to Crimeans for inconvenience due to power outage

The head of Crimea, Sergey Aksenov, has apologized to the residents of the region for the inconveniences brought by the power outage.

"I apologize to my fellow countrymen for the inconvenience. We also earnestly ask the Crimean people not to use electrical heating devices, especially as the weather on the peninsula allows it," TASS quoted him as saying.
