Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov has congratulated Ramzan Kadyrov on the Day of the Republic. He posted the text of the congratulations on his page on Facebook.
The head of Crimea noted that Chechnya today is one of the most rapidly developing regions of Russia and its people play an important role in the development and strengthening of the country.
"After two fratricidal wars, the Republic not only revived, but also shows an example of stability and prosperity. Grozny was rebuilt and it became one of the most beautiful cities in Russia," Aksenov wrote.
