The former owners of the facilities that were nationalized in Crimea have appealed to the courts. About a dozen lawsuits have been filed, in which they disputed the decision on the transfer of assets to the ownership of the republic, the head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov stated.
"I do not know about all the trials, but, in my opinion, there are about 11. But even if they exist, I'm sure everything will comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the decisions will not be reversed," he stressed. "No one will question the nationalization, it is 100%," Interfax quotes Aksenov as saying.
