The head of Crimea, Sergey Aksenov, has given a negative assessment of the sanitary condition of the city of Simferopol and instructed the head of the city administration Gennady Bakharev to take personal control of disposition of garbage at night.
Aksenov noted that some time ago he personally checked how housing and communal services are doing their work.
