Al-Qaeda will direct all its forces against the Americans, Russians, Iranians, Alawites and Hezbollah, al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahri said.
"The Americans, Russians, Iranians, Alawites, and Hezbollah are coordinating their war against us - are we not capable of stopping the fighting amongst ourselves so we can direct all our efforts against them?" Gazeta.ru cited Zawahri as saying.
According to preliminary data, the statement was made after the Russian military operation in Syria was launched.
