Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Alen Simonyan said that he will pay an official visit to Russia.
According to him, he was invited by Chairwoman of the Russian Federation Council, Valentina Matviyenko.
“The dates have not yet been finalized, but I have an invitation for a reciprocal visit. My colleague, Ms. Matviyenko, was here with a large delegation, and I received an invitation for a reciprocal visit,” Simonyan said.
Valentina Matviyenko visited Armenia in June 2025.
