President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, on behalf of the Belarusian people and on his own behalf, expressed his deep condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin, to all the people of the Russian Federation, as well as relatives and friends of those who died in the plane crash in Rostov-on-Don, the press service of the Belarusian state head reported.
"The message about the crash of 'Boeing 737-800' during landing at the airport of Rostov-on-Don, which caused deaths, echoes with pain in the hearts of Belarusians," BelTA quotes the head of state as saying.
