Alexander Tkachev visits Europe despite sanctions

The Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Alexander Tkachev, was able to go to Europe, in spite of the sanctions, which do not allow him to cross the EU borders. The French authorities, in spite of the restrictive measures,  allowed Tkachev to come to the country to participate in the session of the International Epizootic Bureau.

'’The Foreign Ministry of France has allowed the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Alexander Tkachev, to enter the country to attend the session of the International Epizootic Bureau,’’ RIA Novosti quotes a source as saying.
