Speaking on the occasion of Novruz, which means the beginning of a new year in Iran, Iranian spiritual leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has said that direct talks between the Islamic Republic and the United States aren’t possible, as they cause damage only to Iran. Ayatollah drew attention to the fact that the United States do not comply with its obligations de facto under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action as of January 16th.
