According to the head of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Armenia, Artavazd Vanyan, canteens will be temporarily closed in all the schools of Armenia.
He explained that pupils gather there during breaks and this increases the risk of spreading infectious diseases.
In addition, physical education classes were cancelled in the schools of the republic during the period of flu outbreaks, Sputnik Armenia reports.
