Kislovodsk city court has decided to arrest 19-year-old detainee Artem Akopyan, suspected of the murder of a 14-year-old resident of the village of Gorlivka in Kislovodsk, the ICR for the Stavropol Territory.
"Artem Akopyan confessed during the investigation that he killed the teenage girl," Interfax cites representatives of the agency.
