A judge of the Arbitration Court of Ingushetia, Hussein Tutaev, allegedly kidnapped by unidentified persons, has returned home and denied information about an assault on him, previously spread by a number of media.
"This information was not confirmed. Tutaev returned home on his own and said that he was not kidnapped," RIA Novosti quoted the law enforcement official as saying.
