An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1 points has been registered 258 km from Almaty at 16:13 (local time), the Seismological Expedition of the Kazakh Education and Science Ministry said.
The epicenter of the quake was at a depth of 25 kilometers, Kazinform reports.
