Iranian media reported today about the adoption of the law banning the import of the consumer goods produced in the US by the Iranian parliament. The law was adopted in response to the extension of Washington's anti-Iranian sanctions.
According to Tass, the deputies unanimously voted for this law in connection with the "constant hostility and disregard of the US Congress’s obligations under the multilateral agreement on the Iranian nuclear program." The Iranian parliament has promised to take other measures as well.
