An-2 aircraft that crashed in Stavropol was flying illegally

The An-2 aircraft that crashed today in Stavropol Territory took off on its last flight without the required permit.

"The departure was made without pre-registration," RIA Novosti quotes a representative of the local law enforcement agencies.

As previously reported by Vestnik Kavakaza, as a result of the crash, which occurred in the village of Suvorov in the foothills region of Stavropol Territory,  four people were killed.
