One of the Russian tools of influence in the West, Institute of Democracy and Cooperation in New York, headed by political scientist Andranik Migranyan, has terminated its activity.
As explained Mihranyan, "my mission is over: the situation on the human rights in the US has improved," Gazeta.ru reports.
