Ankara hit by 3.5-magnitude earthquake

A 3.5-magnitude earthquake struck Turkey’s Ankara Province at 21:42 local time, according to the Turkish media.

The epicenter of the quake was located in the Yenimahalle district. The outbreak lay at a depth of 7 kilometers. 

Residents of Çankaya, Altındağ and Keçiören districts in the province could also sense the underground tremors.
