‘‘The Turkish Ministry of Defence has addressed the Russian authorities with a proposal to discuss the issue regarding actions of the Russian operation in Syria against Islamic State,’’ spokesman of the Russian Defense Ministry, Major-General Igor Konashenkov said.
He added that the military attaché of the Russian embassy in Istanbul has now received an invitation from the Turkish Ministry of Defence.
