The agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, reached through the mediation of Russia, will finally allow Turkey to normalize relations with Armenia, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said, Hurriyet reports.
“Turkey hopes that Armenia will not violate the ceasefire regime,” Cavusoglu stressed, adding that Armenia and its people will only benefit from this settlement.
