North Ossetia law enforcement officials have detained a third police officer on suspicion of involvement in the heinous case of the death of a detainee at the police station of Vladikavkaz, the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic reports.
"A preventive punishment in respect of the detainee is being determined now. It may be detention, or being charged with the crime," RIA News cites the statement.
