A local resident, engaged in fraud under the mediation of sale of apartments in new buildings of the city, has been convicted in Stavropol, the press service of the regional prosecutor's office reports.
"The accused stole customers' money under the pretext of providing mediation services in buying apartments in high-rise buildings of the residential complex Olympic and the Perspectivny district in Stavropol,'' Interfax the service.
