The European Union has allocated 270 mln euros to Armenia within the so-called ‘Resilience and Growth Plan’, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs Kaja Kallas said.
"Our relations are not limited to the economy; housing and social and psychological assistance programs are being implemented for vulnerable groups of the population, including displaced Karabakh Armenians," Kaja Kallas said.
Kallas arrived on a visit to Yerevan last week to hold talks with Armenian officials.
