Armenia is marking the 72nd anniversary of the Victory Day together with other countries.
Since early morning, citizens and guests of capital city Yerevan have laid wreaths at the Eternal Flame before the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at the Victory Park to pay their respects.
Yerevan will also hold the ‘Immortal Regiment’ march today.
More than 300 thousand people from Soviet Armenia participated in the Great Patriotic War. 107 Armenians earned the name of 'Hero of the Soviet Union', 27 more deserved the 'Order of Honor'.
