The shelling of the Azerbaijani cities of Barda and Tartar by the Armenian Armed Forces is a crime against the civilian population, the Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, head of the foreign policy department Hikmet Hajiyev said.
"Armenia's war crimes against the civilian population of Azerbaijan do not stop. As a result of the Armenian attack, a young man was killed in Barda, and another civilian was wounded in the Terter region of Azerbaijan. The number of civilians killed by Armenia continues to grow," he wrote on Twitter.
