According to the Aide to the President of Azerbaijan, Hikmet Hajiyev, there is a possibility that Armenia uses banned white phosphorus to cause fires in the forests of Shusha.
"The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, on the basis of intelligence, reported that Armenia in large volumes delivered a cargo of phosphorus in the direction of Khojavend," he wrote on Twitter.
The deliberate burning of the forests of Shushi is performed under the plan of Armenia to interfere with the UAVs (drones) of the armed forces of Azerbaijan through environmental terror. Burning produces thick white smoke. Environmental terror is a sign of despair in Armenia, Hajiyev is sure.
