Armenia ex-president Kocharyan's attorneys file appeal

Armenian second president Robert Kocharyan's attorneys filed an appeal on Thursday against the decision to detain the ex-president, News.am reports.

According to their statement, on September 4, the Constitutional Court of Armenia on September 4 partially satisfied Kocharyan’s lawsuit.

Proceeding from this decision, Kocharyan's lawyer team urged to immediately release Kocharyan and stop the prosecution against him. However, Judge Anna Danibekyan, rejected the petitioners' motion.
