Armenia in CSTO to be represented by Victor Biyagov

Armenian President Armen Sarkisyan has issued a decree appointing Victor Biyagov as Armenia’s Permanent Representative in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), the presidential press office reported.

By another decree, the president recalled Davit Virabyan from the post of Armenia's permanent representative in the CSTO, ARKA reported.

No reasons have been given for the new appointment in the statement.
